Do You Know What You Are Asking To Be Given?

In a recent counseling session we conducted, a gentleman asked John and I,

“Why am I not receiving what I am asking from the Universe?

The man went on to say that everything he hears about the Law of Attraction states that one must ask and feel that they have received. In this way we can be certain that we will receive what we ask for.

“I ask, I feel, I see it done, I wait, I continue to feel, I watch and I hope but it just doesn't appear. What am I doing wrong?” The fellow asked.

It seems, 'What am I doing wrong,' is the number one question we hear.

Do you know what you are asking to be given? Do you really know? Are your mind and your body saying the same thing? Are you presently aware what thoughts you are sending out and what you are feeling?

Our bodies express what we are thinking and what we are feeling within - 24/7. What we feel, we express and expression crystallizes into experience.

All of us are self-promoters. Whether we are consciously aware of it or not. We are 'selling' our world the ‘goods’ we have within.

In the best selling movie and book The Secret, an opportunity was created for millions of people worldwide to awaken to the spark of genius that exists within. Most people who have watched the movie or read the book now want much more than they have ever wanted before. Now that they know who they are and the power that lies virtually dormant within, naturally they want more…and rightly so. Why should one settle for less when he knows he can have it all.

Do you know what you are asking to be given?

Let's be logical for a moment. We are all One, One with the ‘Infinite Field of Possibilities’. If we deny this and play it small, perhaps by believing we have to promote something or look a certain way or be in the right place at the right time in order to experience what we want, can we expect to be given what we have asked for? Not likely.

What we feel about ourselves - often hidden in the deepest recesses of our mind, becomes glaringly obvious to our world and colors what we experience as it relates to what we have asked for.

So what is it you want? Become consciously aware of the thoughts you are thinking and the feelings you are having and decide which ones are supporting your desired outcome and which ones aren't. When you begin to see the ‘true fruits’ of your intention appear in your world you will know that you are really receiving what you asked for.

The more our thoughts and feelings are aligned with what we really want, the more we will experience these things in our world.

Do you know what you are asking to be given? Your world is telling you exactly what that is.
