Reality is Built in The Mind

Reality is built in the mind. What does this mean? Reality, as we have come to know it, begins in ones very own mind, isn't easy to wrap one’s head around yet for John and I it is the only answer to what plagues the world.

"Reality is merely an illusion, albeit a very persistent one," says Albert Einstein.

Illusion! What does this mean? How can the world I see with my eyes and hear with my ears be an illusion? My body looks real enough, so does the job I do and the wife and kinds I have. Hogwash, you say! My world is anything but an illusion.

Reality and its counterpart illusion, seem to be at the forefront of many of the teachings that we as a mind-body are teaching and learning.

Reality is Built in The Mind

If what I focus on I give life to, and what I take my attention off dies or dissipates into the no-thing from which it came, the how can anyone's perceptual reality be anything but illusory? If I have the Power in me to design a reality that is different from yours, then where must this reality abide? I would have to say in my mind. My mind is my ‘design central’. It is where dreams become a reality. For me no-thing of this world is any-thing but what I say it is. No circumstance is anything until I decide it is.

Reality is Built in The Mind

I literally design the creation in me and here it stays in my very own mind. Since time has become a factor in my world, oft times my design and it's manifestation, which happens immediately, appears separate…as if it is projected outward. Yet, this is not so. All I am seeing is a shadow of what I already constructed by thought in my mind…that seems as though it came before now. It did not, for time is also an illusion created by me to separate thought and it's manifestations. The Father and His Son Are One. As He is - I AM. As I AM is my World.

Reality is Built in The Mind and this is where is stays.
