Sensitivity is a key attribute of a true leader. By sensitive we mean the awareness of the flow of the universe as it conspires to bring about the manifestation of people, places, things and circumstances that are in harmony with its basic premise - love.
Perhaps the concept of love is too soft a concept when you think of the things that you desire to bring into our lives. Nevertheless, it is the fundamental essence of the universe and if we give a moments attention to it, nothing worthwhile in life exists without this essence.
Joy and peace, gentleness and kindness, compassion and boundlessness are just a few of the facets in the diamond of love. So it is that a leader who is sensitive to the flow of love tends to foster it in those he or she is helping to guide.
This does not mean weakness or meekness, on the contrary, the leader who has this key sensitive attribute is a tower of strength and confidence, aware that love is the central aspect of the intelligence that creates universes - microcosmically and macrocosmically from thought. The unshakeable knowing of a leader who emanates an understanding of the flow of love in all 'real' creations is one who attracts without commanding and leads without demanding or force.
Wherever he or she goes, a sense of harmony flows like a gentle breeze lifting and inspiring all people, circumstances and every living thing that evolves out of the attractive power of thought.
